I decided in 2025, to finally muster up the courage to change the mundane regular life, I was leading.

However, it doesn’t seem to be that easy. Yet, you grind in all day to think that my choices are the same, but different. I have given myself so many chances, but it gives me the benefit of doubt to learn some patterns to process a new level of playing field.
The patterns were pretty much the same, but what exactly was different would be the question.
The lifestyle changes weren’t as unrealistic as before. The skyrocketing expectations couldn’t be seen. It was extremely normal, yet an important decision to stick with it.

You just need to acknowledge your flaws, work on it, and stick to it. Personally, it all comes down to how realistic your goals and daily life needs to be. The changes in your body, mind and health begins with one thing, that is motivation and discipline.
As per my knowledge, motivation will hardly last long, as opposed to discipline. The discipline plays an important role to improve on your health, mindfulness and strengthens your ability to move ahead in life.
If I hadn’t made significant changes, I wouldn’t be feeling so much better than myself, from last year. I gave myself another chance everyday. The point here is to shed light on what really makes a person hopeful about their life to materialise the goals and achievements on your own.

Lifestyle change seems to be done for some mere looks, nope. It impacts your view of the world, as it is an important issue that we leave behind for our new found changes. A new subject begins, all this while, you want to look better, but you seem to be confused.
Do what you like, if it is going to impact you positively in the long run.
The body has possessed so many things in life, yet you are focusing on how it is difficult to happen. A small change to think about, at least for 30 minutes can impact your life.
