If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy regarding refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold through our website.

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital downloads (eBooks, Handwritten Study Notes, and digital resources). No physical products are shipped.

Immediately after successful checkout, digital download access is provided on the verification screen and a copy is sent via email.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the instant accessibility of digital content, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once download links or credentials have been provided — except in the technical-issue scenario described in Section 4 below.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled prior to access links being delivered. Once access has been granted or links have been emailed, cancellation is not possible.

4. Delivery Exceptions (Amount Deducted but No Product Received)

We review and assist in the following specific scenarios:

Accidental duplicate payments for the identical order.
Payment was successfully debited from your bank/UPI, but you did not receive download links on the website page or your email inbox/spam folder.

If you face this issue, please click the "Raise Issue" button below and submit your details along with your payment screenshot and UPI Transaction ID.

Our 7-Day Refund Guarantee

Once you raise a ticket, our team verifies your payment and delivery status. If, after checking everything, the issue turns out to be a technical problem on our end that cannot be resolved (e.g. a corrupted file, a broken link that can't be fixed, etc.), you will receive a full refund within the next 7 days of your ticket being verified.

1. डिजिटल प्रोडक्ट्स की प्रकृति

इस वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध सभी उत्पाद डिजिटल हैं (हस्तलिखित नोट्स, ई-बुक्स)। कोई भी फिजिकल प्रोडक्ट डिलीवर नहीं किया जाता है। भुगतान पूरा होते ही डाउनलोड लिंक स्क्रीन पर और आपके ईमेल पर भेज दिए जाते हैं।

2. नो रिफंड नीति

डिजिटल फाइलों का एक्सेस तुरंत मिलने के कारण सभी बिक्री अंतिम मानी जाती है। फाइलें डाउनलोड या एक्सेस हो जाने के बाद कोई रिफंड जारी नहीं किया जाता — सिवाय नीचे सेक्शन 4 में बताई गई टेक्निकल इशू वाली स्थिति के।

3. ऑर्डर कैंसिलेशन

ऑर्डर केवल तभी रद्द किया जा सकता है जब तक फाइल का एक्सेस प्रदान नहीं किया गया हो। एक्सेस लिंक मिलने के बाद ऑर्डर रद्द नहीं हो सकता।

4. अपवाद (पैसे कट गए लेकिन प्रोडक्ट नहीं मिला)

निम्न परिस्थितियों में सहायता और समीक्षा की जाती है:

एक ही ऑर्डर के लिए गलती से दो बार पेमेंट हो जाना।
आपके बैंक खाते से पैसे कट गए हों, लेकिन वेबसाइट पेज या ईमेल पर आपको डाउनलोड लिंक प्राप्त न हुआ हो।

टिकट राइज़ करने के बाद हमारी टीम आपकी पेमेंट और डिलीवरी स्टेटस को वेरिफाई करेगी। अगर सब कुछ चेक करने के बाद यह पता चलता है कि यह हमारी तरफ से कोई टेक्निकल इशू है जिसे ठीक नहीं किया जा सकता, तो टिकट वेरिफाई होने के अगले 7 दिनों के अंदर आपको पूरा रिफंड मिल जाएगा।
